The Grace Foundation of Texas is responding to the financial gap that exists for young adults who have survived childhood/teenage homelessness and have aged out of the existing support systems currently available to them.

Grace hopes to act as a financial bridge...

for higher education, health and wellness, mentorship, and reentry into society by awarding individual financial scholarships.

Mentorship

We will recruit and connect mentors with awardees for guidance and expansion of their success.

Awareness

We will, through our work, educate the public about the epidemic of homeless youth.

Accountability

We will hold our awardees to a high standard of benchmarks of success.

Growth

We will share our experience in an effort to be a viable template for other communities.
